　Asahi Ward is distributed at the window of Children and Families Support Division on the third floor of the ward office.
　※At the 2nd and 4th Saturday ward office window opening agency, we do not handle duties about nursery school entrance.

（２） Application acceptance from the middle of the fiscal year 2023

Please be sure to check the Asahi Ward version usage guide before applying.

[Those who are subject to usage adjustment]
・New applicants
・Those who have been suspended in the application for use after April 2023
　※If you have already applied for use in 2023 and are on hold, you will be registered as an applicant for the desired nursery school, etc.
　From the following month to March 2024, it will be subject to usage adjustment.　If there is no change in the application details, such as a change in the desired garden
　No procedure is required. If you want to add or change the desired garden, please apply for the change within the application period of the month you want to start using.
　※If you do not need to continue the application for use, please withdraw the application. Especially in the case of a relocation application, the relocation is decided.
　Please note that you will not be able to return to the original garden.
　※Please note that if you wish to use a nursery school after April 2024, you will need to apply again. .

Mailing	Please send it to the address below by [Must arrive by deadline]. (The postmark is not valid.) ） Documents that do not arrive by the deadline will not be subject to usage adjustment in the month of use, but will be subject to usage adjustment after the next start month of use. Please send us to arrive in time by the deadline. (mail address) 〒241-0022 1-4-12, Tsurugamine, Asahi-ku, Yokohama-shi 　Addressed to Asahi Ward Children and Families Support Division ※We will not be able to respond to calls to confirm arrival, so please use simple registered mail if necessary.

※ If you are currently living outside Yokohama, the application deadline will be earlier. Please consult with both municipalities and Asahi Ward about how to apply before applying.

[Notification of Results] 　
If you decide on a job in the middle of the year, we will contact you by phone around the 21st of every month. Results will be sent separately at a later date.
(In the case of pending, only those who have added a garden in the new application or the application for use this month will send a notification of the result during the current month.)

（３） For those who are considering applying

Oh If you wish to enter the park, please visit the garden in advance. (For a tour of the garden, please contact the nursery school directly.)

Oh If your employment experience has decreased significantly due to reasons related to pregnancy or childbirth, such as preventing pregnancy, or due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, please make sure that it is described in the instructions on the back of the employment certificate before submitting. If you have any questions, please contact the ward Children and Families Support Division.

Oh The window may be very crowded due to consultation or application reception regarding nursery schools. Please come to the agency with plenty of time.

The Childcare and Education Concierge provides information on childcare services such as temporary custody business and kindergarten custody childcare in addition to licensed daycare centers in consultation with parents regarding where to leave pre-school children.
We will provide you with easy-to-understand information on various childcare services so that you can find the best place to deposit for your home, so please feel free to contact us.

How to make a reservation

Concierge consultation requires advance reservation.
It is held from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). (Consultation time: 1 hour)
If you wish, please make a reservation by phone.
