　Asahi Ward is distributed at the window of Children and Families Support Division on the third floor of the ward office.
　※The ward office window opening agency on the second and fourth Saturday, we do not handle duties about nursery school entrance.

（２） About application acceptance from the middle of FY2023

[Those who are subject to usage adjustment]
・Those who apply for new applicants
・Those who have been suspended in the application for use after April 2023
　※If you have already applied for use in 2023 and have been put on hold, you will be registered as an applicant for the desired nursery school.
　Use adjustment from the following month until March 2024 entrance.　If there is no change in the application contents, such as a change in the desired garden
　No procedure is required. If you want to add or change the desired garden, please complete the change procedure within the application period of the desired month of use.
　※If you do not need to continue using the application, please withdraw the application. Especially in the case of a transfer application, a job offer is a job offer.
　Please note that you will not be able to return to the original garden.
　※If you wish to use a nursery school after April 2024, please note that you will need to apply again.

※ If you are currently living outside Yokohama, the application deadline will be earlier. Please consult with your municipality and the Asahi Ward before applying.

[Result Notice] 　
If you decide on a job in the middle of the fiscal year, we will contact you by phone around the 21st of every month. The result notification will be sent separately at a later date.
(In the case of pending, only those who have added a garden in a new application or a use application for this month will send out a result notification during the current month.)

Oh If you wish to enter, please visit the garden in advance. (For garden tours, please contact the nursery schools directly.)

Oh If your employment performance has decreased significantly due to reasons related to pregnancy or childbirth, such as pregnancy illness prevention, or the spread of the new coronavirus infection, please confirm that it is described according to the entry procedure on the back of the certificate of employment before submitting. If you have any questions, please contact the ward Children and Families Support Division.

Oh The window may be very crowded due to consultation about nursery schools and application reception desk. Please come to the agency with plenty of time.

The Childcare and Education Concierge provides information on childcare services such as temporary custody services and kindergarten custody, in addition to licensed nursery schools, in response to consultations with parents regarding where preschool children are deposited.

Concierge consultation requires advance reservation.
We carry out from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday (except holiday). (Estimated time for consultation: 1 hour)
