2025 Nursery School Usage Guide
In April, the primary use application is accepted in principle by "mail" or "online application" using My Number Card. Please note that the window during the application period is very crowded. Please come to the agency with plenty of time. Also, be sure to visit the nursery school in advance. (For a tour of the garden, please contact the desired nursery school directly.) - Near the entrance to the station on the first floor of the main building of the Asahi Ward Office

※At the 2nd and 4th Saturday ward office window opening agency, we do not handle duties about nursery school entrance.
Application method and period for primary use adjustment April 2025
The application method for primary use adjustment is, in principle, "mail" or "online application" using My Number Card.
Please send it to the following address within the application period.

- Please note that even if you bring your application to the counter within the above period, we will not be able to accept it.
- In addition, we do not accept document confirmation at the counter before mailing to prevent congestion.
Notes
- Before submitting, please make sure that all documents, including the employment certificate, are not filled out or incorrect.
- Submitted documents cannot be returned. We do not provide copies, so if you need them, please make a copy before submitting.
- If you are applying by mail, we will send you a document at a later date that shows that the application documents have been accepted. In addition, we will contact you if there are any incomplete documents. Please note that we do not confirm the arrival by telephone.
