Here are some recipes that can be easily made by anyone so that you can easily enjoy delicious meals for your mind and body.

Healthmate's recommended recipe "It's delicious and fun."

In fiscal 2009, Asahi Ward created a collection of recipes to introduce dishes that use plenty of vegetables and dishes that are easy to cook.
With the cooperation of the Asahi Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee (nickname: Healthmate), which celebrated its 40th anniversary in fiscal 2009, we posted 50 items extracted from foods that were delighted and recommended by promotion staff.
