Here are some recipes that anyone can easily enjoy delicious meals for your mind and body.

Healthmate's recommended recipe "It's delicious and fun."

Asahi Ward has created a recipe collection that introduces dishes that use plenty of vegetables and dishes that can be easily cooked.
In making it, with the cooperation of the Asahi Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee (nickname: Health Mate), which was a promoter of local dietary education and celebrated its 40th anniversary this year, I was pleased with the promotion of local health promotion promotion activities. 50 dishes extracted from the recommended dishes and recommended dishes by the promotion staff.
