Kirat Asahi Plan (1st Asahi Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan) (from 2006 to 2010)

　Asahi Ward formulated the first Asahi Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan from 2004 through 2005. This plan aims to realize a more comfortable city. Inhabitants of a ward, administration, company talk about living problem and push forward the solution.
　Asahi Ward has divided the ward into 15 areas and plans for each region. The ward office, community care plaza, ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, etc. will provide support for community initiatives that have been compiled with everyone.
　The implementation and review period of the first phase of the plan is five years from 2006 to 2010.
