It is facility utilizing facility of elementary and junior high school. Group activities include the available training room or Japanese-style room, citizen's library room. From infant to elderly person, anyone is available free. School grounds, gymnasium are available as far as we do not have problem in school education.
When and I have for-profit difficulty in facility management, I may decline the use.

| In June, 2007, we made open in Mitakedai Junior High School as community house of 7 building eyes in ward. In facility which this "Mitakedai community house" rebuilds some Mitakedai Junior High School, and was maintained, even anyone is available as places such as familiar lifelong learning or local action of areas. | ||

| We look for book to want to read with computer from the collection of books which there is more than 3 million books in total and we order and can borrow library of the city 18 hall. From homepage of library, we can make search/reservation. Other than general book, there are corner of child, corner of native district material, the visually impaired service, group rental, too. We accept consultation of what we want to check. We can borrow for six two weeks per person. We can put back book to library of other wards except library which we borrowed. We talk and hold the meeting "flying carpet picture book and talk" every month on second fourth Wednesday. | ||

| We pile up about three, 000 books every about two weeks and come to four places in ward. We can reserve municipal library book. In schedule of every month, we publish in "public information green leaves". ※Library card of City Library is necessary.
