This facility utilizes elementary and junior high school facilities. There are training rooms, Japanese-style rooms, and citizen library rooms that can be used for group activities. Anyone, from infants to the elderly, can use it free of charge. Schoolyards, gymnasiums, etc. can also be used as long as school education is not hindered.
Use may be refused if there is a problem with commercial purposes or facility management.

| In June 2007, it was opened in Mitakedai Junior High School as the seventh community house in the ward.
