2 Breakdown of budget for Aoba Ward

（1）　Voluntary planning expenses

　In formulating the budget for Aoba Ward in fiscal 2024, we worked to develop businesses that match the characteristics of Aoba Ward and improve operations in order to realize the basic strategy of the Yokohama Medium-Term Plan. In addition, with the budgeting policy of the city in mind, we organized while incorporating the opinions of the staff in charge of the area and the leaders who are active.
　In November 2024, Aoba Ward will celebrate its 30th anniversary. From now on, we will continue to work with the inhabitants of the ward to enhance the appeal of the city, looking forward to 10 years and 20 years ahead, so that it is the basic goal of "Aoba, a town that wants to continue living and wants to live."
