Ichigao Fish Square (Ichigao Osaka Plaza)

There are fish, but ah! There are also dinosaurs! This park was built to coincide with the completion of the Aoba Ward Government Building in 1994. One of the promenade of Ichigao sculpture, which was maintained in 1991, was relocated as a landmark for new access to the ward government building. This is a fish sculpture created by French sculptor Laranne, based on the scenery of the Tanimoto River. The name of the fish square is derived from this.
