About application procedure of road self-financing construction

When a person other than the road manager performs construction related to the road, it must be approved by the road manager (Article 24 of the Road Law).
Unauthorized private property on the road premises or changing the shape of the road is prohibited by law.
For example, "We have built a new garage. There is a step from the road, so let's place a scratching block." ・This is not good. In such a case, it is necessary to perform road self-financing construction (cut down construction).

２．Documents to be submitted after approval
We use "notice of [start, change, cancellation, completion] such as road construction" (word: 27KB).
[Start, change, cancellation, completion] Please indicate 0 in one of the applicable items.
（１） Notification of start <no seal required> must be submitted before construction.
（２） Notification of change <no seal is required> must be submitted as an attached book that shows the details of the change.
（３） Please submit a notice of cancellation <no need for seal> when you cancel your own construction. In addition, please attach original of enforcement approval letter of advice such as road construction.
（４） Notification of completion <no need for seal> must be submitted as attached books with guide maps and construction photographs (before, under construction, and completed). In addition, when there is place where road boundary mark was removed and restored, please submit copy of road ledger area map or copy of boundary investigation figure such as road waterway.
