Entrepreneurship Seminar & Exchange Meeting 2025-Let's step forward! First Steps to Entrepreneurship-Information on Recruitment of Participants
We will hold entrepreneurship support events for those who are interested in starting a business in Aoba Ward, starting a side job, or considering a second career!
This is a series of three lectures that include business plan creation, talk sessions by entrepreneurs, and exchange meetings.
Why don't you take this opportunity to shape your own entrepreneurial image?
We can listen to the stories of entrepreneurs who are active in Aoba Ward, so it is perfect for those who want to start a business rooted in the community.
We look forward to your participation!
※Since it will be a continuous course, those who can participate in all three times in principle are eligible. If there is a schedule that cannot be attended, you will not be able to apply.
※The 1st and 3rd sessions will be held on the same day. Participation in seminars is also possible.
※Those who are not resident or working in Aoba Ward can also participate, but if there are many applications, the lottery will be given priority to those who live or work in Aoba Ward.

Instructor introduction
1st Lecturer
Masakazu Sakasai (Chairman, OICHI, NPO Kyodo Labor Association)
After graduating from high school, while working as a salaried worker, he awakened to walk a life that opens the way with his own power, and aspired to start a business. Established the NPO Kyodo Labor Association OICHI in January 2011 with the aim of expanding the community centering on bonds with friends.
In June 2014, we opened the entrepreneur support center machinaka biz Aoba in Tama Plaza, Aoba Ward, and currently has more than 450 members.
As a regional business business, together with members, we will create a business that solves local issues through business, such as the local production for local consumption souvenir "Oka no Yokohama" and the "Aoba Genki Up Project" for health prevention.
He started a business locally and recommends a way of life to work in his own 100-year life with "proximity to work and residence".
2nd Lecturer
Mr. Hitoshi Tamana (Representative of Tama Navi Academy)
Born in Okinawa, he became independent in 2010 after working for three companies. With many twists and turns, we are currently operating a web education business school for single business and a learning place for mind.

Graduated from Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Commerce and Management.

He was interested in regional revitalization at a graduate school where he went to school while working for a major manufacturer, and started his business at Tama Plaza in Aoba-ku, Yokohama after graduating.
Management of regional information sites, local businesses, and companies that support projects.
