We provide consultation on health and welfare, accept applications for certification for long-term care from The Long-term Care Insurance, and provide services outside The Long-term Care Insurance. Social workers and public health nurses are available for consultation.

Since April 2006, the Community Support Center has been set up in community care plazas and special elderly nursing homes to provide a variety of support for the use of The Long-term Care Insurance and other services so that elderly people can continue living in familiar areas. The Regional Comprehensive Support Center has specialized staff such as public health nurses or nurses, social workers, and chief care managers to provide various consultations and create care plans for preventive care.

If you think of changes such as "easy to fall" or "going out" in your daily life, we recommend that you start taking care prevention measures as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact the Regional Comprehensive Support Center where you live.
