Elderly health and welfare consultation (forgetfulness consultation)

A psychiatrist is available for consultation at the ward office once a month.
We also provide consultation through visits as necessary.

<Person who can use>

• Individuals, their families, and supporters who are worried about dementia
• Those who are caring for elderly people with mental illness or dementia who are having difficulty responding

<Service Contents>
Consultation by a psychiatrist (once per 45 minutes)
