In summer, it is crowded with raft festivals, fireworks and flea markets. It is planned to be developed as a dock for disaster prevention.
On the other side, there is a rowing area where you can enjoy boating and canoeing on the Tsurumi River.

An arched bridge that spans the old Tokaido. The color of the bridge and the design of the adjacent Ichibashimocho Park were decided by citizen participation.

A promenade along the water from Shio-Tsuruhashi to Shiomi Bridge. It is made with the participation of citizens and has shells laid. Wooden benches and sculptures are also installed, and there are stairs that can go down to the waterfront.
