Announcement and recruitment of project commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Tsurumi Ward System

To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the constituency system, we have recruited posters for "Tsurumi Ward 20 Years Later" to make Tsurumi Ward an increasingly attractive and energetic city!
We will inform you that the exhibition schedule for the award-winning works and posters has been decided.

<Poster Exhibition Schedule>
Due to the large number of applications, the exhibition will be divided into two periods for each school, and will be held at Lyon Square on the 2nd floor of the North Building of Tressa Yokohama (Address: 700, Shiokacho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, business hours: 10:00 to 21:00, 365 days a year).
※The exhibition will show all the submitted works.
※Six prize-winning works will be exhibited throughout the fiscal year.
※Thirteen "Design Manholes" (with the cooperation of Yako Junior High School, Yako Elementary School, and Shin-Tsurumi Elementary School), which were separately implemented as part of the 90th anniversary commemorative project of the constituency system, will also be exhibited throughout the year.

Phase 1: From Wednesday, October 25 to Monday, October 30

・Number of posters submitted: 1,119 sheets (584 in lower grades, 480 for higher grades, 54 in junior high school, 1 others (Prefectural school for the disabled) 1 sheet)
・Examination Committee: The preliminary examination was conducted on Wednesday, August 9 and the final examination was conducted on Monday, August 28.
・Judge: The committee included members of the Tsurumi Ward Elementary and Junior High School Principals' Association, Tsurumi Ward Elementary School Art Study Group, Tsurumi Ward Junior High School Art Study Group, and other members of the Executive Committee for the 90th anniversary of the Tsurumi Ward Organization.
・Criteria:
[Themes] Are you in line with the theme of "Tsurumi Ward 20 Years Later", whether Tsurumi's future and dreams are drawn, or are there any viewpoint of "Tsurumi's Town Development"?
[Designality] Whether it has excellent color sense and excellent as a poster, or is it appropriate to be published in the Yokohama City Planning Master Plan Tsurumi Ward Plan.

●Commendation

As a project commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Tsurumi Ward system, "Tsurumi Highlight 90" was selected based on the current "Tsurumi Highlight 80".

We have widely recruited photos of Tsurumi Ward's "old townscape" and started a project to be used for business in the city! 。 It is used for the 90th anniversary of the Tsurumi ward organization and the public relations business of the ward, aiming to dig up local attractions and PR of Tsurumi Ward.

To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the constituency, a frame stamp will be released with the highlights of the ward, taken by photographer Nobuyuki Wakabayashi, will be released. It is limited in quantity, so please purchase as soon as possible!
