※If the 20th of the previous month is a holiday or a holiday, please apply by the next open agency day.

First-come, first-served basis
※Tighten on a daily basis. Applications received on the same day will be treated as the same order.
※If there is an application that exceeds the number of vacant slots within the same day, priority will be given to applications with a longer posting period.
If the publication period is the same, Yokohama City will draw a lottery and decide.
※“Same day” shall be handled by Hours (Applications received after 5:15 p.m. shall be in the same order as the application received by 5:15 p.m. on the next open day.)

１. Please download the Advertisement Application Form. (Either of the following)

２. Fill out the required items and send it to Public Relations Section Tsurumi Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division. You can bring, mail, e-mail or fax.
※For more information, please refer to "Applications and Inquiries".
３. [Apply 7 to 10 days after application] Yokohama City or Tsurumi Ward will send you a selection (or non-selection) notice.
４. When you receive the selection notice, please attach your name seal and income stamp on the consent form (enclosed with the selection notice), and mail it to the application in 2.
In addition, this consent form and the Yokohama City WEB Page Advertisement Standard Agreement will be replaced by the contract.
５. [1 week before the start of posting] Please submit a banner image.
６. Please pay the advertising fee in the delivery notice sent from Yokohama City or Tsurumi Ward.
※It will be sent by the month before the start of posting (if you receive an application including posting in April, we will send it in April.)
７. [Posting Start Date] Please confirm that it was posted on the web page (however, the working hours will be until 11:00 on the posting date).

Advertisements cannot be placed in the following cases (excerpts and summaries from each regulation).
Specifically, please confirm Yokohama-shi insertion summary and Yokohama-shi insertion standard.

• Anything that may violate public order and morals
• Politically
• Those of religiousness
• Customs business and similar to customs business
• Tobacco
• Gambling
• Industry and businesses that cause social problems
• Facilities that perform similar medical activities that are not stipulated by law (manipulative clinic, chiropractic, esthetics, etc.)
• Person who is behind with city taxes
• Those who have received administrative guidance and have not been improved
• Other advertisements that cannot be posted (medical, dentistry, midwifery, hospital, clinics, midwifery offices, treatment centers (Anma massage shiatsu, beam, kyu, judo reduction), pharmacies, drugstores, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical devices, regenerative medicine products, health foods, special purpose foods, etc.)
