The Tsurumi Ward Office provides free consultation by professional counselors.
Please use it for consultation on matters related to laws, real estate registration, inheritance procedures, traffic accidents, etc.
※Due to the impact of infectious disease countermeasures, the implementation method may be changed or suspended.

Face-to-face or telephone consultation
If you are using face-to-face consultation, please be sure to check the following "Request your consultants for face-to-face consultation" below.
・Legal consultation [reservation required] Please select face-to-face consultation / telephone consultation at the time of booking.
・Judicial scrivener consultation [reservation required] Please select face-to-face consultation / telephone consultation at the time of booking.
・Administrative scrivener consultation [reservation required] Please select face-to-face consultation / telephone consultation at the time of reservation.
・Traffic accident consultation [reservation not required] Both face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation can be used. If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation, please come to the first floor of the ward office.

Consultation by telephone
・Notary consultation [Reservation required] Only telephone consultation is provided.
To the Consultants
・Alcohol for hand disinfection is available at the entrance and exit.
・A vent has been installed at the top of the counseling room.
・A circulator is installed to circulating the air.
・An acrylic board is installed between the counselor and the counselor.
・At the end of the face-to-face consultation, staff members will disinfect their desks and other materials.
・Depending on the situation, face-to-face consultation may be canceled or the implementation method may be changed. Please note that in advance.

Please use public transportation as much as possible. If the ward office parking lot is crowded, it may take some time to enter and exit. It is not possible to change the reservation time.
For those who need sign language interpreters / foreign language interpreters
Please note that it may be suspended due to the impact of COVID-19.

Requests can be made at Yokohama Rapport (outside site). Please ask for an interpreter by yourself and use the special consultation.

The Tsurumi Ward Office will ask the Yokohama International Association (YOKE) Interpreter Volunteer (outside site) to dispatch an interpreter.
