The Tsurumi Ward Office provides free consultation by professional counselors.
Please use it for consultation on legal matters, real estate registration, inheritance procedures, traffic accidents, etc.
※Due to circumstances, the implementation method may be changed or suspended.

Face-to-face or telephone consultation

・Legal consultation [Reservation required] Please select face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation at the time of booking.
・Judicial scrivener consultation [reservation required] Please select face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation at the time of booking.
・Administrative consultation [reservation not required] Both face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation are available. If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation, please come to the ward office 1st floor.
・Traffic accident consultation [reservation not required] Both face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation are available. If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation, please come to the ward office 1st floor.
・Administrative scrivener consultation [reservation not required] Both face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation are available. If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation, please come to the ward office 1st floor.

・Notary consultation [reservation required] Only telephone consultation is provided.

・Alcohol for hand disinfection is available at the entrance.
・A vent has been set up at the top of the counseling room.
・A circulator is installed to circulate the air.
・An acrylic board is installed between the counselor and the counselor.

※Consultations are not available on public holidays and New Year's holidays (December 28-January 4).
※If the duties, duties, etc. of each professional counselor are stipulated by law, consultation will be within that range.

Please use public transportation as much as possible. If the ward office parking lot is crowded, it may take some time to get in and out. It is not possible to change the reservation time.

Due to circumstances, the implementation method may be changed or suspended. Please check the latest information when considering using the service.

Requests can be made at Yokohama Rapport (outside site). Please ask for an interpreter by yourself and use the special consultation.
"Foreign Language Interpretation"
The Tsurumi Ward Office will ask the Yokohama International Association (YOKE) Interpretation Volunteer (outside site) to dispatch an interpreter.
If you wish, please contact Tsurumi Ward Office Public Relations Section (Tel: 045-510-1680) as soon as possible.
In some cases, dispatch may not be possible at the desired date and time. Please understand in advance.
