Submission of out-of-area study by mail

elementary school studenｔ students who have registered as residents of the Tsurumi Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural or national elementary and junior high schools.
(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)

1. Download the application form (PDF: 58KB) and fill in required items in the guardian (applicant) column and the thick frame.
   For Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, we may contact you.

2. Please attach the original document (notice of acceptance) from the school you plan to attend, such as the “Enrollment Agreement” from the school you plan to attend, and mail it.
   Copying is not possible. The originals will not be returned.
