Infant health check-up

In ward office, we carry out infant medical examination (4 months old child, 1 year old 6 month old child, 3 years old child).
Infant health checkups are an opportunity to check the growth of your child at the milestones of growth and support child care, and it is important to have them take them at a better time.

We perform basic infection prevention measures against new coronavirus on conduct of infant health examination in ward office.
We ask for your cooperation in the following ways.
（１） If you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
（２） Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.
（３） Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers.

On the day of the infant health checkup for children aged 4 months, 1 year and 6 months, and 3 years old, please check the information on the medical checkup to be sent individually.
If you are unable to receive it on the designated date, please consult after the designated date.
A health checkup is a good opportunity to learn about your child's growth. We offer a variety of childcare consultations. Please use it.
