Youth Instructor

The youth instructor is commissioned by the mayor and the prefectural governor based on recommendations from the Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, etc., in order to promote youth voluntary activities and their development activities to promote youth healthy development throughout the region.

The Tsurumi Ward Youth Instructors Council consists of about 130 people selected from 18 districts in the ward, and belongs to one of the "Training Subcommittee", "Business Subcommittee", and "Public Relations and Investigation Subcommittee".

In order to enhance the daily activities of youth instructors, we plan and operate workshops aimed at improving knowledge and skills through lectures and group work.

We plan and coordinate the exchange business held once a year.

Create a "Blue Finger News".
In order to convey the activities of youth instructors to the local community in an easy-to-understand manner, such as introducing activities in each district, we have repeated discussions and create them.
The completed "Blue Sashi Newsletter" is distributed to ward offices, district centers and community houses.

We participate in inhabitant of a ward festivals such as the Mitsuike Park Festival and the Tsurumi Seaside Festival, and conduct patrols for unified action throughout the city to promote healthy youth development. (In the inhabitant of a ward festival, we have a booth of sesame and paper dragonflies every year.)
