Tsurumi Ward is working to prevent knee pain!

Tsurumi Ward is working to reduce knee pain, focusing on the fact that many elderly people are certified as requiring long-term care.
It is also said that more than half of people experience knee pain when they are over 40 years old, not only elderly people. Therefore, this "Knee knee wakkun Gymnastics" was devised.
From August to November 2009, we conducted a model test to determine whether gymnastics is really effective. As a result, the proper exercise and continuation of correct gymnastics, knee pain was reduced, and there were other positive effects on the body, such as "the ability to stand up easily from the chair," "improvement of back pain," and "the way to walk."
Why don't you work on "Knee knee wakkun Gymnastics" to improve your quality of life to prevent knee pain and reduce any pain?

Dr. Satoshi Nomoto, former director of the Saiseikai Yokohamashi Tobu Hospital Exercise Instrument Center and Director of Orthopaedic surgery, and Emiko Kuroda, a health exercise instructor, appeared and supervised. It can be viewed for each chapter.
