Number of participants
Both the application briefing and the on-site tour are limited to 3 people in each group.
How to apply
Organizations wishing to participate should send the application form (Form 12) to Tsurumi Ward Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section by fax (*1) or e-mail by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Please note that there is no dedicated parking lot at the venue for application briefings and on-site tours, so please use public transportation.
