My name is Takeshi Kondo, who was appointed mayor of Tozuka on April 1. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

The other day, I had the opportunity to go to the "Tozuka Sakura Festival" held along the Kashio River. I am very pleased to be able to touch your thoughts on the area and play a part in building the future in this attractive city, and I feel tight.

Born in 1939, Totsuka Ward celebrated its 85th anniversary on April 1 of this year. We will continue to work on ward administration so that many people related to Tozuka have an attachment and continue to be a "town that wants to live and have continued to live" in the future. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation.
