The administrative counselor listens to complaints and other consultations, opinions and requests regarding the overall administration of the country.

[Consultation date and time]　The first Wednesday of every month from 1 pm to 4 pm

[Place]　Special consultation room on the 9th floor of Totsuka Ward Office

[Application method]　Advance reservations are required by 15:00 on the previous business day.
