Traffic safety measures for school zone in the city

We organize an organization that implements traffic safety measures at each elementary school and work on traffic safety measures in cooperation with ward offices, Public Works Office, and police department.

We hold meeting to examine traffic safety measures in school zone (school road) which we establish every school.

1 Schedule adjustment of the desired date
　　When holding the meeting, please submit the "School Zone Safety Measures Council Date" for schedule adjustment.

2 Submission of a request form
　　Please submit a "Request Form" before the meeting is held to confirm the site and consider countermeasures.
　　In addition, please fill in the Address of the request form up to the address and branch number.

3. Submission of minutes
　　Please summarize the results of the discussion in the "minutes" and submit it.

• Submission deadline: Within two weeks after the end of the meeting (approximate)

4. About the written holding of the council
　　It is also possible to participate in the event. In the case of document holding, please submit "Request Form" as described in 2 above by Friday, June 28, 2024.
　　In addition, it is not necessary to submit the minutes because responses from each jurisdiction will be made in writing.

School zone activities

Granted to organizations working to prevent traffic accidents in elementary school studenｔ in the school zone in Totsuka Ward. The organizations subject to this grant will be an organization composed of representatives from elementary schools in Totsuka Ward, Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, youth groups, etc.
The maximum amount of the grant is 12,000 yen per year, and the submitted documents will be reviewed to determine the grant amount.

3 Activity Report
