Amount
Director General will decide within the budget, up to 9/10 of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses and up to the amount shown in the table below.

Subjects of assistance
Group
Groups targeted for subsidy are group meeting all the following conditions.
- The presence of organizations and representatives is clear, the business base is located in Totsuka Ward, with five or more members and more than half of them live in Totsuka Ward.
- There are regulations concerning the operation of the organization
- It is recognized that continuous efforts can be made.
- Appropriate accounting procedures
- Not intended for politics, religion, or profit
In addition, based on rule of Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations (December, 2011 Yokohama-shi regulations 51st) Article 8, group corresponding to any of the following are excluded.
- Gangsters (Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (Law No. 77 of 1991) Hereinafter referred to as the "law." ) Refers to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2. )
- In the case of a corporation, a gangster (refers to a gangster prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the Act) among representatives or officers The same shall apply hereinafter in this section. )
- In the case of an organization that does not have a legal personality, the representative falls under a gangster
Business
Business to issue subsidy assumes business to plan local problem solution including promotion of community-based welfare depending on whereabouts, and corresponds to all of next kakugo.
- Providing a place where local residents can easily gather and engage in various activities, or provide opportunities for local residents to make continuous connections using information and communication technology.
- Provision of information and consultation to local residents
- After the end of the subsidy, the project must have a prospect of independence.
- Other businesses necessary for the operation of their location
In addition, those that fall under any of the following are excluded.
- For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or groups
- Business aimed at political or religious activities
- Activities aimed solely for exchange and fellowship among local residents and group members
- Projects intended solely for research or research
- Equipment for the purpose of facility maintenance and purchase of equipment
- Those that offensive to public order and morals
- Other businesses that Director General considers inappropriate
Expenses
Expenses to be subsidized are expenses necessary to conduct business and fall under any of the following.
- Remuneration and Remuneration
- Travel expenses and transportation expenses
- Goods purchase costs (excluding items exceeding 1 million yen per item)
- Printing and bookbinding expenses
- Utility, water and fuel
- Repair costs and construction contract costs
- Communication and transportation costs
- Premiums
- Consignment fees
- Rental and Rental Fees
- Raw materials cost
- Other expenses Director General deems necessary
Period
As a general rule, the subsidy period is a single year, and the grant of subsidies for businesses of the same content performed by the same subsidy company is limited to five years from the year when it was first issued.
Grant application
Please apply between April 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024.
Applications will be closed as soon as the budget runs out, even during the period.

Performance Report
Please submit within 2 months after the end of the project or by April 30, 2025, whichever comes first.
Documents to be submitted
Billing
Please make a request after the subsidized project is completed.
However, if Director General finds that it is not possible to carry out the subsidy project unless the subsidy is issued before the completion of the subsidy project, it can issue all or part of the subsidy before the completion of the subsidy project Please consult us.
Subsidies will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt of the appropriate subsidy bill.
