How to take a baby bath
I will tell you about bathing (how to take a baby bath). Explains the basic flow. The newborn's bath may be nervous, but please enjoy the bathing time by referring to the video.
It consists of two parts: "Preparation" and "Practice".
Maternity exercise at home
Move your body comfortably with your baby in your stomach, alleviate unpleasant symptoms during pregnancy and build a body for childbirth! Moderately move your body to relax your mind and body.
Let's do it after 20 weeks of pregnancy that has entered a stable period of time. Do not exercise if you are hungry, have high blood pressure, or have stopped exercising by a doctor. If you feel hungry or feel sick on the way, take a break without difficulty.
It has four features: "Introduction", "Warm Up Stretch", "Main Exercise", and "Mindfulness Stretch". Please go at your own pace!
Baby hula at home
We have created a hula dance video from pregnant women to everyone raising children. Flandin's loose melody and swaying movements are loved by babies too. Why don't you relax by dancing with your child in a gentle Hawaiian lullabies hula dance while holding your baby with a hug, such as when your baby is in a bad mood or can't sleep?
Along with "Main Part", please enjoy "Creography 1" and "Creation 2" that explain detailed dance methods.
