From the menu of the parents' classroom, we have created and posted a video that you can easily enjoy at home during the suspension period.
How to take a bath for a baby
I will tell you about bathing (how to take a baby bath). I'm going to explain the basic flow. Your newborn bath may be nervous, but enjoy your bathing time by referring to the video.
It consists of two parts: "Preparation" and "Practice".
Maternity exercise at home
Move your body comfortably with your baby in your stomach, alleviate unpleasant symptoms during pregnancy and build a body for childbirth! Relax your mind and body by exercising moderately.
Let's do it after 20 weeks of pregnancy when we entered a stable period. If you are hungry, have high blood pressure, or have been stopped by a doctor, do not exercise. If you feel hungry on the way or feel sick, take a rest without difficulty.
It has four features: "Introduction", "Warm-up Stretch", "Main Exercise", and "Mindfulness Stretch". Please go at your own pace!
At home
We have created a video of hula dance from pregnant women to those raising children. The relaxed melody and swaying movements of Flandins also love babies. When your baby is in a bad mood or can't sleep, why don't you relax by dancing with your child in a gentle Hawaiian lullaby hula dance while holding your baby with a hug?
Please enjoy "choreography 1" and "choreography 2" that explains detailed how to dance together with "main part".
The trick of a happy couple!
A couple who spends a long time together. I want to be friends forever. For pregnant women and their families, we will tell you the tips of happy married couples with pepsart. The number of dads who take childcare leave is increasing. We hope that you will be able to see it from various perspectives and discuss it in order to promote housework and childcare while cooperating with your family.

At Totsuka Ward Children and Families Support Division, we have prepared four new menus that help you improve your physical condition during pregnancy and child care and refresh your mind.
