What is a blue finger?
"Youth instructor" is abbreviated and called a blue finger.
The name seems to be hard, but all the active people are kind.
The man,
It's uncles and aunts (brother, older sister) in the town.
Its activities are
Planning and operation of events for young people in the community (Totsuka Ward as a whole and district events).
Formally | The Youth Instructors are commissioned by the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture and The Mayor of Yokohama based on recommendations from Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations to promote youth voluntary activities and their development activities.In Kanagawa Prefecture,The Kanagawa Youth Instructor Liaison Council is composed of the Kanagawa Prefectural Youth Instructor Liaison Council. In Yokohama City,In Totsuka WardIt is composed of youth instructors from the following 17 districts. Tozuka Daiichi, Tozuka No.3, Dance Hall, Kita Gumizawa, Maioka, Kawakami Kashio, Higashitotsuka, Hirato, Hirato Heiwadai, Kamiyabe, Naze, Taisho, Gumizawa, Kamikurata, Shimokurata, Yoshida Yabe |

What is the history of the blue finger? | The Kanagawa Youth Instructor System was established in 1968 to promote the voluntary activities of young people in the region and their development organization activities. |
Five Roles of Blue Fingers | We shall aim to foster healthy youth and prevent delinquency according to the characteristics of the region, and conduct activities related to one or more of the following standards. ・Promote hands-on activities for young people ・Development and Support for Youth Organizations ・community development preferred for young people ・Consultation and response to youth ・Surveys and information provision on youth |
Subjects of guidance | It is generally from children who enter elementary school to 20 years old. |
Qualifications and Term of Instructors | It is commissioned by the governor after receiving the recommendation of the municipal mayor or the municipal board of education. The term of the instructor is two years. |
