News of youth healthy upbringing business subsidy to bring up in area in 2024

We provide assistance to projects implemented in Totsuka Ward for the purpose of healthy youth development.

Application Guidelines

Target group

(1) More than one-third of the members are residents of Totsuka Ward, and their main activities are based in Totsuka Ward.
(2) Organizations with clear presence of organizations and representatives
(3) Organizations that are not political, religious, or commercial organizations

Target businesses

(1) The aim is to promote the healthy development of young people from school age to 24.
(2) Calling for participation in the entire area or region of Totsuka Ward (generally above the district union unit).
  If the participant is only a member of the applicant organization, it will not be eligible for assistance.
(3) Do not receive subsidies directly from administrative organizations in the application business.
(4) Not intended for politics, religion, or for-profit business.

Subsidiary content

There are large-scale business courses and general business courses. The maximum amount varies depending on the course, and will support up to two-thirds of the subsidized expenses.

Subsidized expenses

Of the expenses required for the implementation of the project, the expenses to be subsidized are as follows.
However, expenses for exchange meetings and social gatherings only by group members are not eligible for assistance.

Lunch fee, etc. on the day of the event of an outside lecturer and staff (operating cooperators and group members)
※Tea confections at preparation meetings are not covered.

Usage and Rental Fees

Use and rent of venues and equipment

Printing costs

Printing costs for flyers, posters, and reports for business publicity
※Printing shall be the minimum number of copies, and reports shall not be gorgeous.

Premiums

Insurance premiums for external lecturers and staff (operators and group members), insurance for cancellation of performance for the business.
Facility liability insurance and accident insurance

Consumables expenses

Purchase of goods for temporary use, such as office supplies associated with business

Communication expenses

Postcards, stamps and delivery costs associated with business
※Call charges and communication charges are not included.

Construction and transportation costs

Commissioning expenses for setting up venues and transporting equipment
※Items that can be set up and transported by groups are not eligible.

Transportation expenses

Transportation expenses for meetings with external lecturers, transportation expenses required by external lecturers and staff (operating cooperators and group members) on the day
※Transportation expenses for preparation meetings, etc. are not covered.

Examination

Based on the submitted application documents, etc., the subsidy study meeting examines the business content and determines the grant amount.
※Details will be sent to the applicant individually.

Grant decision

We will notify you of the delivery and non-grant by mail in late April. (We may reduce the amount from the application amount and make a grant decision.)
The implementation of this subsidy project is subject to the fact that the 2024 budget is approved by the Yokohama City Council.

Reports

After grant is decided, presentation of report is necessary when business is finished.
