Let's play with each other
Last Updated July 15, 2022
In the interaction with mothers and families, babies are motivated and expected to see, hear, touch, and eat, and the body develops. Let's play with the baby, such as gently calling out and touching your face and hands. If you find your favorite, playing repeatedly will enrich your senses and promote your brain development.
Belly exercises (from 2 months after birth)
Let's make time to play every day from around 2 to 3 months. Belly is a posture that promotes the growth of muscles in the neck, limbs, and back, and is the basis of motor development, such as sitting down the neck, turning over, high-hi, and standing.
