In exchanges with mothers and families, babies are motivated and expected to want to see, hear, touch, and eat, and their bodies develop their minds. Let's play with your baby, such as gently calling out and touching your face and hands. If you find your favorite, play repeatedly will enrich your senses and promote brain development.
Abdominal exercises (from 2 months old)
Let's make time to play with stomach every day from about 2-3 months. Abdominate is a posture that promotes the growth of the neck, limbs, and back muscles, and is the basis of motor development, such as sitting on the neck, turning over, hi-hi, and holding up.
Back exercises
Reach the back of the neck, stretch your back, and engage your eyes and eyes from the front of your body. It helps balance between left and right trunks, and also provides skinship with baby.
Zokin exercises
Fosters sensation by touching it firmly. If you do it repeatedly, your baby will become more and more fun.
