We can consult with you about your child's diet.

• Target: Children from 0 years old to pre-school
• Date and time: The same day of the baby food class and the first Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am (the second Wednesday in May and January)

We will tell you the points of baby food during the Mogmog period (two meals) with lectures and demonstrations.
Let's solve the anxiety of "baby food, is this OK?"
We will also tell you tips for making simple and delicious baby food, especially those from adult meals.

• Target: 7 to 8 months
• Time: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. First 15 people each time (advance reservation required)
• Schedule: Reiwa April 24, May 22, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, December 18, January 22, 2025, January 22, February 19, March 19, 2025
• Contents: Lectures on baby food and cooking demonstrations (with tasting)
• Location: Nutrition Counseling Room on the 5th floor of Totsuka Ward Office
• Belongings: Baby spoon, baby apron, baby apron
