What is the adult guardianship system?
A

This is a system that protects people with insufficient judgment skills due to dementia, intellectual disability, mental illness, etc., and provides support for property management and contracts necessary for the individual.
The adult guardianship system includes a statutory guardianship system and a voluntary guardianship system. The statutory guardianship system is divided into three categories: "guardianship", "hossa", and "assistant", so that the system can be selected according to the circumstances of the individual, such as the degree of judgment ability. How do I use The Long-term Care Insurance services?
A

It is necessary to receive "certification for long-term care" whether care is required.
The application window is the ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division or the community care plaza in your area.
Please bring your insured person's card, private seal, family doctor, hospital name and hospital name and location.
※Community care plaza is also available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

※A care plan is based on the type, content, time, and business of the service, taking into account the physical and mental conditions, living environment, and the intention of the user (family) to live so that care recipients can use the nursing care service appropriately. And a plan that sets out support goals.
In order to use the service (facility service), it is necessary to be certified as "needs nursing care (1-5)". Consult with the facility you wish to enter, receive explanations about the service contents, etc., and apply for entrance.
