[FY2025] Recruitment of inhabitants of a ward hall concert performer

[What is the inhabitant of a ward hall concert?]
　This is a handmade mini-concert for residents of the ward at the 3rd floor of the Totsuka Ward General Government Building at noon on the third Saturday of every month. It is a popular concert where people stand up every time.

[State of inhabitant of a ward hall concert]

[Date of appearance]
　In principle, 25 minutes from 12:00 to 13:00 on the third Saturday from April 2025 to March 2026.
[Venue]
　Totsuka Ward General Government Building 3F Ward Residents' Hall (Stage size: 7m wide x 3.5m deep, no step with audience seats)
[Target]
　Groups and individuals who live, work, or attend school in the city, or engage in music activities in the city
※No appearance for commercial purposes (cannot be sold at the venue)

Equipment that can be prepared

• Complete set of PA systems (Yamaha STAGEPAS)
• 6 dynamic microphones (SHURE SM58)
• 1 electronic piano (Yamaha P-125)
• 1 CD deck
• Desk, chair

[Remarks]
　There will be no rewards or transportation expenses.

・Application by Performer Application Form → Please submit the application form (word: 52KB) by e-mail, mail (must arrive) or directly to Totsuka Ward Regional Promotion Division.

[Required materials]

• 1 photo of the performer (in principle, all members are shown)
• Performance sound source or video data (if uploaded to CD, DVD, or video site, its URL)

[Result Report]
　The selection will be made by the inhabitant of a ward hall concert steering committee, and the results will be notified to the representative in late February.
　In the case of a large number of applications, you may not be able to perform in consideration of the number of appearances.
