Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center

The Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center is stipulated in the Totsuka Ward disaster preparedness plan as follows:

Immediately after the earthquake, in order to respond to inquiries from individuals and organizations wishing to volunteer, we requested cooperation from volunteer groups such as the "Japan National Council of Social Welfare" and the "Totsuka Disaster rescue Network" We will set up a "Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center (ward volunteer activity base)" at places designated in advance depending on the situation of the disaster (Totsuka-ku welfare and health activity base in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama or Meiji Gakuin University Yokohama school building, Yokohama school building).
The Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center is operated by the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in cooperation with volunteer organizations such as the Totsuka Disaster rescue Network.
