Encouragement party for SDF members in the Yokohama area and prospective students was held at the Prefectural Mutual Aid Mirai Hall.
On behalf of the Yokohama City Council, Vice-Chair Fukushima expressed great expectations and ale for overcoming rigorous training and protecting Japan's peace and security under the mission and pride of the SDF to protect the country.

2024, the eighth exhibition held in Yokohama, was held in Aka Renga Soko, attended by Chairman Suzuki on behalf of Yokohama City Council.
In this photo exhibition, His Imperial Highness Princess Hisako Takamado has been appointed Honorary President of the Executive Committee, and along with the theme set every time, various figures of Japan photographed by ambassadors and diplomats from each country The purpose of this exhibition is to deepen citizens' international understanding and to build a network between the city and embassies of each country.
This year, under the theme of [Inspiring Japan], works taken by capturing Japan from each perspective were exhibited.

For three days from Wednesday, February 5 to Friday, February 7, the technical show Yokohama 2025, one of the largest industrial technology and products in the Tokyo metropolitan area, was held in Pacifico-yokohama. Vice-Chair Fukushima attended the opening ceremony and cut the tape.
More than 800 companies and organizations exhibited at the 46th venue, allowing visitors to experience cutting-edge technologies and products.
