The 59th New Year's Yokohama Sports People's Gathering was held at Yokohama Budokan, and Chairman Suzuki and Vice Chair Fukushima attended together.
On the day of the event, 197 people and 20 organizations, including players and teams who achieved excellent results in each competition and those who have achieved achievements in promoting sports, were commended as the "Yokohama Sports Award".
Mr. Suzuki expressed his congratulations on behalf of Yokohama City Council and expressed his deep respect for the achievements of the award-winning people and prayed for the further development of the Yokohama sports world.

"Gathering of 2024 Food Sanitation Award" co-hosted by the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Association and Yokohama City was held at the Yokohama City Port Opening Memorial Hall, and Chairman Suzuki attended.
The Food Sanitation Award is intended for sales personnel who have been working hard for many years and have contributed to the spread and improvement of food hygiene, as well as facilities with excellent hygiene. The purpose is to promote the administration of food hygiene.
Mr. Suzuki congratulated on behalf of Yokohama City Council, expressed his deep appreciation and respect to the award-winning people, and asked him to continue his efforts to ensure the safety and security of food in Yokohama.

The 2024 Yokohama Sports Promotion Committee Meeting was held in Kannnai Hall, and Chairman Suzuki attended.
This tournament commends everyone who has been active as a Yokohama City Sports Promotion Committee for many years, performs mutual exchange and information exchange among committee members, and is held for the purpose of contributing to the promotion and development of lifelong sports in Motoichi Has been done.
Mr. Suzuki expressed his congratulatory address on behalf of Yokohama City Council and expressed his deep respect and appreciation for the achievements of the award-winning people and the great help in organizing each sporting event.

"Gathering to celebrate the 20-year-old of disabled people in 2025" hosted by Yokohama City, Yokohama City Social Participation Promotion Center for Persons with Disabilities, and Yokohama City Federation of Associations to Protect Children with Disabilities was held, and Chairman Suzuki attended .
On behalf of Yokohama City Council, Chairman Suzuki gave congratulatory words to the participants, their families, and other people involved. He also stated that Yokohama City Council will thoroughly discuss measures related to welfare and medical care in order to realize a town where people with disabilities and their families can live with peace of mind in the future.

A gathering to celebrate 20-year-old citizens was held at Yokohama Arena in 2025, attended by Vice-Chair Fukushima and Chairman Suzuki in the second.
At the ceremony, Chairman Suzuki and Vice-Chair Fukushima congratulated the 22,390 people who participated on the day of the ceremony on behalf of the Yokohama City Council and sent an ale to pray that the future of the participants will be brilliant.

The Yokohama Fire Fighting First Ceremony 2025 was held around Aka Renga Soko Event Square, attended by Chairman Suzuki and Vice-Chair Fukushima.
On the day of the event, we showcased Yokohama's firefighting and disaster response capabilities, including comprehensive firefighting training and simultaneous water discharge, as well as citizens and related parties to gather, learn and enjoy the importance of self support and community support.
Mr. Suzuki, on behalf of the Yokohama City Council, stated that he would work hard to create a disaster-resistant, safe and secure town, and prayed for a safe and peaceful year without disaster.
