Exchange with Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture

Naka Ward has been engaged in friendly exchanges with Tsumagoi Village and Yokohama for Jubee Nakaiya, who was born in Tsumagoi Village (now 2-chome Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama), who was active during the opening of Yokohama Port.
On February 12, 2016, Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture and Naka Ward, Yokohama City signed a friendship exchange agreement with the aim of further exchange.
