Naka Ward Management Policy for FY2022

Basic Targets
Naka Ward, a town where everyone feels peace of mind and vitality
~ Good to live, work, and visit~
- We will protect the safety and security of our daily lives with the highest priority on measures against COVID-19 infections.
- By communicating the charm of the city and deepening its attachment to the Naka Ward, we will promote the creation of regional energy, connections, and economic revitalization with a view to the after-coronavirus.
- While local people support each other, we will promote the development of a symbiotic society where everyone can live with peace of mind in the area where they live.
- We promote approach of digitization for improvement of citizen service and efficiency of duties while catching change of inhabitants of a ward needs.
Measures to Achieve Targets
To achieve the “Basic Goals”, we will promote our business under the “Five Pillars”.
1 Creating a safe, secure and healthy life
In addition to protecting daily lives, we will promote the development of towns that can respond to emergencies, with a view to working and visiting residents.
Town development that supports each other from children to the elderly together
We promote town development to support and help each other so that everyone can continue their own life in the area where they live.
3 Multicultural Community Development
Regardless of nationality or roots, we will promote the development of a diverse town where people can respect each other and live alive.
4 Town development full of regional vitality
We push forward town development full of vibrancy and energy where independent approach by person, town spreads.
5 Creating a ward office that snuggle up to the community and act together
We cope with needs of inhabitant of a ward with sense of speed and push forward the making of ward office which emphasizes viewpoint of inhabitant of a ward.
Organizational management to achieve our goals
We will enhance the "Three Powers" in order to efficiently and effectively promote "measures for Achieving Targets".
1 Power of each employee
From the viewpoint of the inhabitants of the ward, by providing accurate and prompt administrative services while responding to changes in the times and the external environment, it will lead to improved satisfaction with the ward administration and own growth.
2 Workplace Power
We will work on risk management and work style reform to further bring out the power of our staff. While recognizing the diversity of staff, we will foster a culture of human resource development and enhance team power.
3 Total Naka Ward
We will work to realize a sustainable local community with the comprehensive power of "All Naka Ward" that strengthens cooperation and cooperation among departments and deepen collaboration and co-creation with diverse people, companies and organizations.
