To this end, Naka Ward formulated the Naka Ward Action Plan to Promote Multicultural Symbiosis in 2017 with the aim of creating a city where everyone can live with peace of mind regardless of nationality or roots.
　Based on the results of the first action plan, changes in issues and social conditions, and the results of public opinion solicitation, the "second action plan" with a planning period from 2021 to 2025 was formulated in March 2021. did.
