Submission of out-of-area study by mail

elementary school studenｔ students with resident registration in Naka Ward are also accepted by mail when they enter private, prefectural, or national elementary and junior high schools.
(International schools and various schools are not subject to this notification.)

・Download the application form (PDF: 55KB) and fill in required items in the guardian (applicant) column and the thick frame.
(In Phone number, be sure to enter a number that can be reached during the day. If you have any questions, please contact us. )
Please refer to the out-of-area study registration form (entry example) (PDF: 65KB) for the entry method.
・You will need the original documents such as a letter of consent from the school you plan to attend, such as a letter of acceptance from the school you plan to attend (not a letter of acceptance) from the school you plan to attend. ・
Please attach it to the application form and mail it.
