　Infant health examinations are carried out after taking measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
　We ask for your cooperation in the following ways.
（１）　If you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
（２）　Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.
（３）　Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers.
