We accept notifications for treatment centers and dental laboratories. Depending on the content of the notification, prior consultation will be required at Health and Welfare Center (Health Sanitation Division).
※Applications and notifications for hospitals, clinics, and midwives are handled by the Health and Social Welfare Bureau Medical Safety Division (tel: 045-671-2414).
