Mental supporter training training
The supporter of the heart, commonly known as "Koko Sapo". We call those who have attended the "Mental Supporter Training Training" and have learned the correct basic "knowledge" of mental health and the "listening" method to support familiar people. This training was conducted as part of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's project, and the goal is to train one million people here in Japan by 2033. We believe that this is an era in which many people suffer from mental illness, which leads to awareness of mental health in the community, prevention of mental illness, and early intervention. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Mental Supporter Training Program) is implemented as part of the project. Those who have taken the default time will be issued a support digital certificate here.

Simultaneous holdings Gatekeeper training
A "gatekeeper" is a person who can notice signs of suicide danger and take appropriate measures (awareness, call out, listen to, provide necessary support, and watch over those who are in trouble). It is a person who is also positioned as the "gatekeeper of life".
In suicide countermeasures, it is important to stay close to those who are in trouble and prevent and support "loneliness and isolation" through involvement. As many people as possible have a consciousness as a gatekeeper, and regardless of their specialty, taking action from what they can do in their respective positions will lead to suicide countermeasures.
Gatekeeper training time: 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
