What is the Minami Ward District Planning Management Council?

Since April 2003, Minami Ward has been making decisions on important measures for the ward through the Minami Ward District Planning Management Council.

• The meeting will be attended by Director General, ward managers and section managers, business managers in the ward, and other related staff.
• The meeting is presided over by the Director General, which formulates administrative policies for the ward, decides important measures, and coordinates office work of the bureau.
