Consumer Affairs Consultation Service

  • "I was able to recommend products at door-to-door sales and on the street, and I signed a contract."
  • "I have a complaint about the products and services I bought, but I don't know what to do."
  • "I received a postcard saying that I would file a lawsuit for unpaid fees, but I don't know what to do."

Specialized counselors are available for consultations related to consumer life.

First of all, please call the Yokohama City Consumer Affairs Center. Consultations (reservation required) by interview will be conducted at the center / ward office as necessary.
