●Terakoya Alumni Problem Solving Course (12 are required)
①An organization that has two or more graduates of the course such as Minami Terakoya and is not the chairman of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Association
②At the time of application, the completion date of the relevant person must be within 3 years and the establishment of the organization must be within 3 years.

●Connecting with the community and solving problems (1 is required and 2 or 3)
①Organizations with two or more non-Neighborhood Association Chairman
②Organizations working with Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations in Minami Ward to solve new problems
③An organization that has already been working on solving regional issues in Minami Ward and is working with other organizations to solve new issues.

1st year: 150,000 yen, 2nd year: 100,000 yen, 3rd year: 50,000 yen

Up to 3 years

Terakoya Alumni Problem Solving Course 90% of the subsidized expenses
70% of the subsidized expenses are connected to the community and problem solving courses
