If a child with a resident registration in Minami Ward is enrolled in a private or national elementary or junior high school, it is necessary to submit a “Notice of Study Abroad” to the Minami Ward Office.
What you need to prepare
“Notice of Out-of-area Study”
Download the "Notice of Out-of-Area Enrollment (PDF: 50KB)" and list all required items.
(For Phone number, please fill in the number that can be contacted during the day. If you have any questions, we may call you. )
Letter of Consent to School (Enrollment) (Permission)
The original document (copy not allowed) that indicates that the school you plan to attend, such as a “School (admission) consent form (permit)” (permitted).
Please note that the “Success Notice” is not a document that has been approved for attending school, so it cannot be used in the “Notice of Out-of-area Study”.
