・Not available if you have a cold, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash.
・Please refrain from visiting the hospital if your family has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the children who are subject to medical examinations.
In addition, please visit one child and one guardian who is targeted for medical examination and one guardian.
・When you come to the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
・Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring your filth bag.

Dentists and dental hygienists will answer free of charge for brushing teeth and consultation on teeth.

From 0 years old to preschoolers (can be received even if they do not have teeth)
※Dentistry consultations are also held on the same day for pregnant women (less than one year after giving birth).

Advice on dental checkups, consultation on Dentistry, brushing, etc.
※Dental checkups are available only in baby/infant.
※No treatment or fluoride application is performed.

Please make a reservation at least two days before the desired date of reservation.

To cancel your reservation, please withdraw the reservation from My Page of the electronic application system.
In the case of change, please cancel once and make a reservation again.

1. Log in to My Page of Yokohama City Electronic Application System
2. Click the application history list/search
3. Click on the reservation you want to cancel.
4. Go to the detail screen
5. Click Delete this reservation.
