We attended the opening ceremony, Yokohama Gate Tower, a complex office building in 58 blocks, which is the gateway connecting Yokohama Station and the Minato Mirai 21 district. Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. will relocate four offices in the prefecture to the office floor, and Isuzu Motors Co., Ltd. will relocate its headquarters in May. In addition, the Yokohama SDGs Design Center, which was established by Yokohama City with private business operators, was relocated at the end of last year and started a new start. On the lower floor, there are commercial facilities such as the planetarium "Konica Minolta Planetaria YOKOHAMA". We hope that "Yokohama Gate Tower", which was born as an attractive urban space by taking advantage of the highly convenient location characteristics, will be loved by many people as a new landmark in the city, and that even more vitality will be born.
