Medical System
Independence support medical care
As a general rule, medical expenses will pay 10% of the following medical treatments. However, depending on the household income situation, mitigation measures have been set, such as an upper limit on the monthly co-payment.
Rehabilitation medicine
A person aged 18 or older who has a certificate of the physically disabled. At a designated medical institution, you can receive medical care to reduce disability and restore function.
Fostering medical care
Persons under the age of 18 who have physical disabilities such as physical disability, heart disease, and congenital visceral disease. At a designated medical institution, you can receive short-term medical care with surgery in principle to recover the disability.
Psychiatric outpatient care
Person who needs continuous treatment of mental illness by going to hospital. Consultations at designated medical institutions are eligible.
Grants from medical expenses for severely disabled people
- Person of certificate of the physically disabled 1.2 grade
- A person with an intelligence index of 35 or less (love notebook <nursing notebook> A1, A2)
- Persons with an intelligence index of 36 or more and 50 or less (love notebook <care notebook> B1) and a physical disability grade 3
- Mental Handicapped Health and Welfare Handbook Level 1
We support the co-payment of insurance medical treatment in medical expenses. (In the case of 4, only outpatient visits)
Medical support for inpatients with mental disabilities
We will pay 10,000 yen per month to those who enter Psychiatry for more than 20 days a month.
Benefits, etc.
There is an allowance (money) to help people with severe disabilities. Depending on the severity and income of disability, benefits may not be available.
You can't get anyone in the facility.

Support for Daily Life
Assistive device cost payment system
Pay on your behalf some or all of the money when buying or repairing assistive devices (a tool used by a person with a disability to help or replace a part with a physical disability).
Daily life equipment payment system
Daily life tools (can be obtained by people with disabilities). Give your payment tools on your behalf some or all of the money when you buy the tools you need for your daily life. The people who get it and the types of tools are fixed.
Services that support going out
Issuance of special welfare tickets
Persons with disabilities may be able to receive a special welfare ticket that can be used free of charge on buses, municipal subways, and Kanazawa Seaside Line.
