For the time being, Community Care Plaza has been operating facilities while paying attention to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Wearing a mask is based on your own judgment, but you may be asked to wear a mask due to infection control or business reasons.

What kind of facility is Community Care Plaza?
The Community Care Plaza is a facility unique to Yokohama City that is engaged in various initiatives as a familiar welfare and health base so that everyone, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, can live in the community with peace of mind. As of July 2024, there are 146 locations in the city.

Home care support business
This is a service provided by the long-term care insurance system. Care managers create care plans for the use of nursing care services so that users can live independently at home as much as possible, and provide appropriate services based on the plan. Contact and coordinate.
Elderly care services (day service (elderly day care) for the elderly) (*)
This is a service provided by the long-term care insurance system. We provide users with services such as daily life support such as meals and bathing, and functional training to improve their daily functions on a day trip.

Monday through Saturday: From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, public holidays, etc.: From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
From April 2023, after 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, the night opening and closing facility may be closed on days when there is no reservation in advance.
