If you want to use a new water supply or stop using the water supply, please contact the Water Works Bureau Customer Service Center at least 3 days in advance.

Payment of fees

The water charge is calculated based on the water meter reading once every two months, and households connected to the public sewer are charged and paid together with the sewerage usage fee.

Payment method

You can pay by fund transfer, credit card payment (continuous payment), delivery notice (payment form).
※The delivery notice can be used at the delivery place written on the back of the delivery notice.

Reduction of fees

The following people may be able to reduce or exempt the water charge (equivalent to the basic charge).
