Payment of fees
The amount of water used is calculated by the water meter reading once every two months, and households connecting the public sewer are billed and paid together with the sewerage usage fee.
Payment method
We can pay by fund transfer, credit card payment (continuous payment), delivery notice (payment form).
※The delivery notice can be used at the delivery location written on the back of the delivery notice.
Reduction of fees
The following people may be able to reduce or exempt the water rate (equivalent to the basic charge).
Targets include households with disabilities (persons with a physical disability grade 1 or 2 grade certified by the ward office, persons with an intelligence index of 35 or less, persons with mental disorders 1st grade), households with 4 or 5 requiring nursing care, households receiving special Child Raising Allowance, medical expenses subsidized households such as single-parent homes, single-parent households receiving welfare
About reduction of water charges due to water leak (water leak)
Leakage from unexposed water pipes, such as underground or inside the walls of buildings, may be difficult to detect even if the customer always performs appropriate management. May be expensive.
For this reason, there is a system that allows you to reduce a part of the amount of water from the meter reading, including the amount of water leakage, and receive a reduction in water rates, etc., only when certain standards are met.
Charges for two-family homes and apartments
When a single water meter is used by multiple households, a basic fee can be applied for each household.
